For Indiana submissions, the following fee structure applies per entry:

| Member | $20 | $15 |
| Non-Member, Student (Non-high school) | $25 | $20 |
* A one-time, $25 late entry fee is assessed to all professional contest entrants after the NOON January 17, 2024 deadline.
For the high school competition, the following fee structure applies per entry:
